Jamaica Plain

Jamaica Plain is a music and video project started by Chris Pastor in 2001. Called "a fine example of combining intelligent social criticism with graceful musical style" by none other than Mr. Howard Zinn (we call him Howie), its mission is to celebrate and inspire the struggle for social justice around the world. Involving artists from both Boston, MA and Stockholm, Sweden, Jamaica Plain has been broadcast on radio programs throughout North America, including the award-winning program Democracy Now!
