It’s actually pretty possible they didn’t want Chris to take first, as he’s not as publicly popular as Trudeau. In that case, what would a recount do?

I guess this is the appropriate occasion for all of us to spare a sympathetic thought for Mrs & M. Hannah, whom have certainly spent the last 20 years wondering what went wrong with little Chrissy, and whom, once again, can’t do anything but wonder “why?”.
