Oh no! It’s that time of the year again, boys!
Yes, today is the one day of the year that we men have to pretend to recognize women’s demands to be treated as human beings rather than as doormats.
I know: groan!
We know it’ll be tough, but if we men stick together, we can make it through this difficult occasion and in less than 24 hours we’ll be back to enjoying International Men’s Day, which is celebrated every other day of the year except today!

i really hope all the ladies day free oil changes free movies free car washes on wednesdays, etc, dont make people think that counts as making the world a gender equal place, cuz those are such shallow, superficial attempts at gender equality. it certainly doesnt outweigh or excuse the underlying issues of inequality that plague our world. it just glosses over it and makes it seem like everyones equal. ya know what i mean?

If only men had known way back when that women’s suffrage would not change anything besides women being able to vote and participate in the democratic lifestyle most people ignored. There would have been much less of a fuss.

This has nothing to do with women.. its all about men.

Its pretty common in my experience for leftie groups to be dominated by men. I worked with a group for a few years where I was the only girl. Bleh!
