In my opinion this is similar to what the Isrealies are doing. However, the difference in this situation is that the Isreali’s are not the underdogs in these talks. As it benefited the American government’s goal of perpetuating the idea that the world is a dangerous and uncertain place by not having the North Korean talks or the Iranians talks go anywhere it is the same for the Isreali’s. One may say that the North Koreans talks did go somewhere but it is my opinion that North Korea could not be attacked by Washington due to the Chinese.

In this situation the Americans (The Bear) have invited the Isrealis (The Wolf) and the Palestinians (The Hare) to the table to discuss what’s for dinner. I would not be surprised to hear the talks ended because the Palestinians were not willing to give up enough. For now though their delay tactics will work as they have worked so many times before. I say delay tactics because it doesn’t appear the Isrealis will be stopping new contruction in the debated areas during the talks.

**Disclaimer** When I reference the Americans, the Isrealis, the Palestinians I speak of their respective governments not their people. People have too many different ideas, opinions and motives to be put into a group but governments always have agendas.
