We just got word from Meegan (aka MC Small Fry) of Che: Chapter 127 that after taking the summer off to go on a cross-Canada tour of Red Lobster locations, the band has decided to officially called it a day, citing “political reasons.” For those keeping track, that puts us at about 10 for 19 on the band-longevity front. Hey, fuck you, last time I checked 53% was a passing grade. Asshole.

They’ll be playing their last show on Saturday, October 22nd at Pub 340 in Vancouver, where Meegan promises to shotgun one beer during their last song. I shit you not! Please egg her on.
