Are you ready for the New Dark Age Parade?
26 years ago an obscure band from Vancouver, Canada put out a little record called “Incorrect Thoughts” and accidentally changed the course of - and secured their place in - Canadian music history. The Subhumans had arrived.
In between then and now, Subhumans bassist Gerry Hannah spent 5 years in prison for his part in the bombing of the Litton systems plant in Ontario where guidance systems for Boeing’s cruise missile were manufactured.
Now, The Subhumans (the REAL Subhumans, the Original Subhumans, not the smelly limeys you remember from that last “Live in a Dive” CD, you silly goose) bring you “New Dark Age Parade”, a collection of 14 new classics that mark the first time since 1982 that Mike Graham, Brian Goble and Gerry Hannah have written as the Subhumans, now joined by legendary drummer Jon Card (DOA/SNFU). The chemistry lives: “New Dark Age Parade” is every bit as desperate, powerful and pissed right off as their seminal work; seething and urgent in a world run by fucking fools.
People just don’t make music like this anymore. You can’t fake this shit.
The Subhumans’ new album “New Dark Age Parade” will be released September 12th worldwide, with the assorted gaggle of freaks at Alternative Tentacles handling label duties outside of the Canadian land mass.

Hold onto your pants, pre-order info and MP3s coming soon … Warren “Smithers” Kinsella’s mom will be wiping his face with a Kleenex while he stomps his feet when this thing hits the streets.
