Book update
Hello bespectacled nerdlings. We have some new fodder for your long, lonely nights all curled up snug like so many bugs in so many rugs.
First up is Ursula K. Le Guin’s speculative classic The Dispossessed. I haven’t read it. Chris says it’s good great. A nice companion to the Mars Trilogy - speaking of which, what the hell is wrong with you people? We were expecting those things to fly off the shelves! Wise up peoples!
On the non-fiction tip, we’ve recently received more of Human Cargo - a book strongly championed by Todd o’ Propagandhi. Plus, the book inspired by the CD (or was it the CD inspired by the book?), A People’s History of the United States by ye old mumbler Howard Zinn.
With the holiday gift-giving season coming up, what better to do than shoot yourself pick up one of these gems? Nothing says “I bought this gift for you because it is customary” like The Mars Trilogy. Nothing.
