G7 Welcoming Committee Records. Uncooperative since 1997.

We know it’s been awhile folks, but Greg Mac is back on the road throughout Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces this month, touring a-la band. He is joined on this tour by what he calls “one of Nova Scotia’s finest rock bands” – Horses.

Greg says: “We’re all from the same city on Cape Breton Island and we aim to set the record straight on there being more than all that celtic garbage coming out of the east Maritimes. Horses will serve as my backing band, and we’ve been practicing new songs in my brother’s dingy basement every day for a week now with excellent results.”

[Editor’s note: these “results” are clearly not as “excellent” as they would be if a certain G7 staffer were present in said band – but that’s neither here nor there (nor anywhere).]
